RDK Enterprises had a humble beginning, with just one employee at its primary location in Hillsboro, ND, which was opened in October 2011. We have since grown exponentially, increasing the team and even adding a second location in Drayton, ND. As the industry has changed, we’ve changed with it, expanding our line of products and services.
Our team at RDK Enterprises has over 60 years combined Precision Planting experience. We strive to make your farming operation as profitable as possible! Our hardworking and dedicated team is ready to help you with whatever you need to make your farm the best it can be.
Randy Klassen
Co-Owner
Randy began working with Precision Planting over 15 years ago. He has seen this industry go through many changes over those years. His leadership and experience have allowed our team to provide sound agronomic solutions to our growers. Randy is also in charge of “Special Projects” as they come up from time to time. His hobbies include metal fabrication and restoring Farmall tractors to use in local tractor pulls. Randy lives in Hillsboro with his wife, Darla, and their two dogs.

Darla has been a valued part of our team for over 9 years. She keeps our office running on all cylinders, and her expertise in our business system gives us the ability to provide our growers with the best possible customer experience. Darla loves to tend to her yard and flower beds, as well as making sure her two dogs are absolutely spoiled rotten.

Parts Manager
Chris has been a trusted member of the RDK team for 8 years. He is at the heart of this company, making sure both our Hillsboro and Drayton stores are adequately stocked with parts for in-season support. Chris is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys his fall mule deer and elk hunting trips. He and his wife Katie live west of Hillsboro and have three school-aged children that keep them busy.
Derek Palmiscno
Sales & Service – Drayton
Derek has been with RDK for over 4 years, bringing expertise and attention to detail to our sales team and shop crew. He is driven to provide our growers with the precise repeatable performance of their equipment that they can come to expect from RDK. He also has a few years of agronomy experience, and will be servicing our northern customers from the Drayton location. Derek lives in Grand Forks and is an extreme outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish.
Shane Sharpe
Sales & Service – Hillsboro
Shane joined the RDK team in the spring of 2019, and he brings over 7 years of Precision Planting experience to our growers. His knowledge and sales experience provides the best service for RDK’s customers at our Hillsboro location. He enjoys spending time in his workshop creating metal art for charitable causes as well as gifts for family and friends. Shane and his wife Jenny live in South Fargo and have two grown children.
Larry Sinner
Lead Meter Tech
Larry has been RDK’s in-house “meter magician” for over 6 years! He heads up our meter room and has his hands on thousands of seed meters a year. Seed meter performance is a foundational part of excellent planter performance, and Larry takes the care of every seed meter very seriously. Larry and his wife Deb live in Hillsboro, have two grown children, and enjoy traveling to see their grandkids every chance they can.
