The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, including the safety and efficiency of the staff, equipment, and processes. The Shop Foreman will work closely with all RDK departments to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that equipment installs run smoothly. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage personnel.

The Service Technician’s responsibilities include monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting equipment, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment. Candidate must possess the ability to collaborate with other team members and be able to make useful recommendations wherever possible.
